Frame One - Issue Establishing New Teradici Connections – Incident details

We've now seen service stabilize and everyone has been able to connect. Thank you for your patience!

We are starting to see new connections and have been able to reliably connect as well. So far we're seeing that the connection might take another 10-20 seconds to establish, but we think it's worth trying to connect at this point. We will be monitoring the connections and making sure that everything is working smoothly.

Teradici has reported that they have isolated the issue and they are fixing it now. We will update you as soon as we see proof that the fix shows signs of reliable improvement on our side.

Thank you for your patience as we await a fix for this issue! Teradici has stated that they should be releasing a fix soon. We are looking forward to having some better news for you.

We are continuing to gather information but have further confirmed that this is a global issue affecting all Teradici customers. We will update at least hourly as we learn more.
