    We've scheduled a maintenance window for this holiday weekend to perform a number of upgrades to improve security and performance, as well as testing reliability and failover.

    During this time, users will not be able to access their workstations or transfer files using Media Shuttle. We will also be making some updates that will require all workstations to be rebooted. We recommend closing out of all open applications beforehand. Please let your teams know so that they can plan around this window.

    We always try to schedule maintenance at times that minimize disruptions and hope that this doesn't cause any inconvenience for you. As always, thank you for working with us and for trusting us with your shows!

Issue Establishing New Teradici Connections

    We've now seen service stabilize and everyone has been able to connect. Thank you for your patience!

    We are starting to see new connections and have been able to reliably connect as well. So far we're seeing that the connection might take another 10-20 seconds to establish, but we think it's worth trying to connect at this point. We will be monitoring the connections and making sure that everything is working smoothly.

    Teradici has reported that they have isolated the issue and they are fixing it now. We will update you as soon as we see proof that the fix shows signs of reliable improvement on our side.

    We are continuing to gather information but have further confirmed that this is a global issue affecting all Teradici customers. We will update at least hourly as we learn more.

    We've identified the issue and confirmed it is with Teradici and affecting their users worldwide. We've also confirmed with a few other facilities that they are having the same issue at the moment. We have reported it to Teradici and will keep you updated.
